Joseph Tate was quoted in an article published by Legaltech News that discusses organizations’ struggle to hire and retain e-discovery project managers. In contrast, those with the right expertise face more responsibilities than they might have wished for. “There’s just so many pieces to an e-discovery type of project, that the level of sophistication that we demand from project managers is not what it used to be,” said Joseph. “I think what’s driving this is what’s driving our industry as a whole, which really is increasing data volume. It really comes down to that.”
