Nicole Gill will be attending The Sedona Conference Working Group 12 Annual Meeting 2026, taking place October 5–6, 2026, at The Ritz-Carlton Cleveland, with a welcome reception on October 4. This year’s meeting will focus on advancing member dialogue around key trade secret issues, including artificial intelligence and trade secrets, cross-border protection, incident response planning, employee mobility, post-separation possession of trade secrets, criminal trade secret law, merits-based trade secret identification, and updates to the Uniform Trade Secrets Act. The program will also feature discussions with judicial advisors and in-house attorneys focused on the practical challenges organizations face in protecting sensitive business information. As data, AI, and information governance continue to shape trade secret disputes, this meeting offers an important forum for collaboration, consensus-building, and forward-looking guidance from leading practitioners.
