Nicole Gill will speak on the panel “Exploring Data From the People’s Republic of China” at The Sedona Conference Working Group 6 (WG6) Annual Meeting in London on January 12, 2023. The panelists will discuss the People’s Republic of China’s regulatory regime that impacts Information Governance and cross border discovery. They will provide guidance for entities to comply with these regulations and potentially competing discovery and regulatory investigation obligations. The panelists will also preview the work of the WG6 Brainstorming Group.
