Misty Tautges brings over a decade of experience in litigation support and eDiscovery, with a proven track record of managing complex cases from initiation through trial. Following the merger of Moss & Barnett and Cozen O’Connor, Misty continues her long-standing commitment to delivering defensible, efficient discovery solutions guided by the EDRM framework. Previously serving as the sole eDiscovery professional and litigation paralegal for her firm, she oversaw all aspects of the discovery process, including document collections, processing, review, and production, as well as managing technology during trial.
In her current role as Senior Analyst, Misty focuses exclusively on eDiscovery within a collaborative team environment, leveraging advanced tools and technology to deliver streamlined, defensible solutions for clients. Her expertise bridges legal, technical, and operational functions, ensuring seamless support throughout the litigation lifecycle.
Misty is an active member of the Minnesota Association of Litigation Support Professionals (MALSP) and currently serves as Secretary of the Board for 2026.
