Nicole Gill, Chair & Managing Member of CODISCOVR, presented on “Synthetic Evidence: The Next Frontier in eDiscovery,” exploring how legal teams can identify, authenticate, and challenge AI-generated content as synthetic evidence becomes a real (and growing) litigation risk. Nicholas Berenato, Information Governance Principal and Associate Attorney at CODISCOVR, spoke on “How Data Governance Drives Successful AI,” highlighting why AI adoption is accelerating faster than governance frameworks can keep up, and how strong data governance (accurate data, controlled access, clear accountability, and consistent compliance) is essential to reducing risk and enabling reliable, responsible AI use.
