Practical AI for Lawyers: The Tools and the Rules 2026

CODISCOVR is pleased to share that Nicole Gill will serve as a faculty member for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s Practical AI for Lawyers: The Tools and the Rules 2026, a full-day CLE program taking place virtually on October 19, 2026. Presented in cooperation with the PBA Technology Committee, the program will move beyond AI theory to explore how lawyers can practically and responsibly incorporate generative AI into their work, with sessions covering prompting, research and drafting, document review, litigation workflows, security, and emerging AI tools. The program will also examine the evolving legal and ethical landscape surrounding AI, including discovery and privilege in AI prompts, professional responsibility, AI disclosure requirements, workplace considerations, and acceptable use policies. Nicole joins a multidisciplinary faculty to help attorneys better understand the opportunities, obligations, and risks shaping AI-enabled legal practice.
