Shari Coltoff focuses her practice on eDiscovery and data management issues. Shari also handles matters including business, estate, and guardianship and child support issues. Shari is an experienced attorney who has managed, trained, supervised, and performed quality control for document review teams.

Prior to joining the firm, she served as an attorney and consultant assisting small business owners with running day-to-day business operations including employee and legal issues, and as an assistant attorney general in the state of Delaware. The bulk of her experience is discovery review with respect to multi-district pharmaceutical litigation, government investigations, and large-scale antitrust litigation.
