As technology has evolved, the role of in-house counsel has also evolved, requiring that in-house counsel understand artificial intelligence (AI) and all of the data that is being created in their organization.

Whether you are the sole lawyer in your legal department or are in a large legal department of a large multinational company, not having a handle on your data presents a significant risk. And, in the case of a legal dispute or litigation, that risk can compound and have severe consequences for the enterprise. Moreover, understanding your organization’s social media footprint or how it is using and incorporating AI into its business is the evolving frontier for managing and mitigating enterprise-wide risk.
